No Discrimination

There must be no discrimination against anyone with pre-existing medical conditions. If you’re a Citizen, you’re in, and if it is in your body, it must be covered to some degree.

Transparency in All Health Care Pricing

The lowest price accepted as payment in full for any and all health care services, medications, procedures and/or products must be openly disclosed at all times including on the Internet.

Prior Authorizations

Whenever a doctor or nurse orders a medication, diagnostic test or medical-surgical procedure, it shall immediately be deemed to be approved by the patient’s responsible insurer for a period of time no less than three months to see if it is effective, at which time the insurer may decide to review the outcomes of such care.

Freedom to Choose Your Doctor at All Times

In the United States auto insurance is attached to your car, and your car is insured wherever you choose to drive it. But when you have health insurance in America, it is not attached to you. You cannot go to any clinic or hospital you want, because insurance companies have taken your money and your freedom of choice and force you to go to clinics and hospitals they have chosen for their own benefit – not yours. Health insurance must be like auto insurance, so you will be free to go to any doctors willing to accept your health insurance coverage.
